For the past 15 years, RDS's activity has confirmed its involvement in the French social environment and awoken the interest of most of its players.
 
Now that the stakes have been set for momentous reforms, our guiding inspiration is still current: to get together to debate with each other, learn to know and appreciate each other, enlighten each other, moving beyond the form to the content, eliminating set language.

Through its actions and initiatives, RDS wishes to help create the conditions for a constructive social dialog, giving priority to negotiation as a way to solving problems and promoting increased social welfare, an important factor in progress and economic success.

A place for managers, unionists, experts, researchers, students to exchange views, the RDS workgroups focus on subjects such as social democracy, union-management cooperation, or even territorial bargaining.
 
With its Parliamentary Forum, RDS sought to extend this work towards the parliamentary groups of the National assembly, with their support.
